I was in the wrong place at the wrong time; the BPD officers were looking for burglars and they came upon me and beat me severely. To top it off and to protect them from a civil action, the officers arrested me for resisting and interfering with arrest. Here I am, a college student, taking an evening walk and I get assaulted and arrested. Everybody I talked to told me to hire Kyle Humphrey. I’m glad I did because the prosecution was very aggressive. An ordinary lawyer would have settled the case after a couple of court dates but Kyle stayed the course until the case was dismissed in its entirety. D.M.
