I was accused of improperly touching a teenage girl who attended a party where I lived. I had nothing to do with her, but she was drunk and became physically involved with another person. Her angry stepfather showed up at my residence and the girl pointed her finger at me. Before I knew it, I was arrested as a “child molester” and the end of my young life as I knew it. My family hired Kyle Humphrey and he took control of the situation. His investigator interviewed every single person that had any knowledge of the party and before I knew it, the district attorney realized that I wasn’t the culprit. Mr. Humphrey’s hard work saved my family the expense of a jury trial and I was able to resume my life as a free person.
