Kyle Humphrey was featured in the Bakersfield Californian newspaper twice last week regarding current criminal cases pending in Kern County. In one of the articles, Kyle was asked about a high profile vehicular homicide case, allegedly involving texting while driving and habitually unsafe driving. Kyle, who does not represent the accused in this case, was asked to comment on the ability of our judges to minimize the risk of future unsafe driving posed by individuals who are accused of driving related criminal offenses.
In addition, Kyle appeared on the Ralph Bailey Radio Show as a guest and spoke about the impact of budget cuts on our local courts. Kyle and Jared believe that the criminal defense perspective is under represented and are willing to make themselves available as speakers on criminal law related topics.
